Hinweis | Die PNH ist eine chronisch-hämolytische Anämie, verursacht durch die Proliferation eines Stammzellklons mit einem Defekt der erythrozytären GPI-Zellmembranproteine DAF (decay accelerating factor, CD55) und MIRL (membrane inhibitor of reactive lysis, CD59). Dies führt zu einer erhöhten Empfindlichkeit für die komplementinduzierte Lyse. Neben den Erythrozyten können auch die Granulozyten, Thrombozyten und Lymphozyten die Membrandefekte aufweisen. |
