Antikörper gegen LRP4
((low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4))
Material: | 1 ml Serum |
Methoden: | Ligandenassays → Immunfluoreszenzassay (IFA) | Referenzbereich | < 1:40 |
Indikation | Myasthenia gravis |
Hinweis | Hinweis: Seltener Ak bei ACh-R-Ak-negativer Myasthenia gravis (MG), Prävalenzen in versch. Studien sehr different, größte Serie mit 635 Patienten fand LRP4-Ak bei 18,7% der doppelt-seronegativen MG (Zisimopoulou P et al., J Autoimmun 2014; 52, 139–145); kleinere Studie mit 100 Pat. bei 2% (Cordts I. et al., J Neurol 2017 Jun;264(6):1193-1203); LRP4-Ak wurden selten auch zusammen mit ACh-R-Ak oder MuSK-Ak gefunden. Keine Assoziation mit Thymomen. |
