Description | Clinical presentation: Special forms of rheumatoid arthritis in long-term progressive course with symptom-triad 1. RF (anti-CCP) high positive, 2. Splenomegaly, 3. Leucopenia, furthermore susceptibility to infections, increase in extra-articular organ participation.
