ROMA-Index
Material: | 2 ml Serum (für Tumormarker HE 4 und CA 125) |
Methods: | Ligandenassays → Chemilumineszenz-Immunoassay (CLIA) | Reference range | Prämenopause: < 7,4 % = geringes Malignitätsrisiko ≥ 7,4 % = hohes Malignitätsrisiko |
Die Berechnung erfolgt gemäß: Prämenopausal: PI = -12,0 + 2,38 x In (HE4) + 0,0626 x In (CA 125) Postmenopausal: PI = -8,09 + 1,04 x In (HE4) + 0,732 x In (CA 125) Mit PI = Prädiktiver Index. Aus den PI-Werten errechnet sich der ROMA-Index gemäß: ROMA (%)=EXP(PI) * 1001 + Exp(PI) |
