Please note | Itraconazole is an antifungal from the group of azoles. It inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungi selectively and is therefore well tolerated. It is mainly used for the treatment of severe dermatophytosis. Known side effects are gastrointestinal problems, headaches and dysgeusia. CAUTION: Distinct interaction potential with other drugs through CYP450-interaction. |
