Please note | Lamotrigine is an antiepileptic with mostly unknown effect mechanism. What is proven so far is, that it inhibits glutamate release during a fit. The varied side effect spectrum covers libido increase, fever, exanthema, transaminase increase (in extreme cases even liver failure), agranulocytosis and aplastic anemia amongst others. |
