| Please note | Cyclosporine A is a hydrophobic, cyclic undecapeptide, produced by the fungus tolypocladium inflatum. It inhibits the early phase of T-lymphocyte activation. The potential side effect profile covers kidney-, cardio- and hepatotoxicity, tremor, edema, hirsutism and gingiva hypertrophy. |
