| Please note | Chorea Huntington has an autosomal dominant inheritance pattern. The risk for descendants of genetic carriers to inherit the mutated gene and develop the disease is at 50 %. The method is by evaluating the number of CAG-trinucleotide repeats after PCR and sequencing. |
