Indication | Exposure at the workplace (metalworking, pigments), tobacco smoke. The kidneys are the most important target organs of Cd-exposure; in case of proteinuria, protein differentiation in the urine is recommended. |
Please note | Caused by the life-long accumulation of cadmium in the organism, there is an age-related average increase of 1 % per year of cadmium concentration in the blood. |
