Indication | Acquired C3-deficiencies: Immune complex diseases, collagenosis, glomerulonephritis, and cryoglobulinemia. Rarely, congenital C3-deficiencies (pyogenic infections with missing granulocytosis). |
Please note | In case of inflammatory illnesses, C3 (acute-phase protein) may be increased. |
