| Please note | Actin antibodies are a subgroup of antibodies against smooth muscle (ASMA). The sensitivity in autoimmune type 1 hepatitis is 80 % – 90 %, specificity near enough 100 %. These are detectable in 20 % of patients with primary biliary cholangitis, most likely in terms of an overlap syndrome. |
