Material: | Blood, urine, hair, saliva |
Methods: |
Gaschromatographie (GC-MS/MS) → GC-Massenspektrometrie Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS) → LC-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie Ligandenassays → Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) | Reference range | Limit values and decision limits: Blood: 25 µg/l [§24a StVG]; Detection limit considerably lower
50 µg/l [MPU], 300 µg/l [EMIT]; Detection limit considerably lower
0,10 ng/mg hair
40 µg/ml [EWDTS] |
Indication | Suspicion of drug abuse, intoxication |
Please note | Detection period: Serum: 6 – 24 hours
Urine: 1 – 3 days (depending on pH-value)
Hair: MPU: max. 6 months Other questions: up to 12 months and longer (depending on hair length)
Saliva: 24 – 36 hours
Amphetamines are centrally stimulating sympathomimetics. They can restrict the ability to drive significantly and quickly lead to physical addiction after repeated intake. Immediate effect: Irritation, euphoria, pallor, tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmias, palpitations, tachypnea, shaking, convulsions, muscle tension, hypo-or hypertension, hyperthermia, coma. Chronic effect: Emotional instability, lack of appetite, tiredness, problems with concentration. |
