Saliva:

24 – 36 hours

Amphetamines are centrally stimulating sympathomimetics. They can restrict the ability to drive significantly and quickly lead to physical addiction after repeated intake.

Immediate effect:

Irritation, euphoria, pallor, tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmias, palpitations, tachypnea, shaking, convulsions, muscle tension, hypo-or hypertension, hyperthermia, coma.

Chronic effect:

Emotional instability, lack of appetite, tiredness, problems with concentration.
