LSD
(Lysergic acid diethylamide)
Material: | 2 ml urine | Reference range | Serum/plasma: After applying an average dose of 100 µg/l – 250 µg/l LSD, concentrations of 2 µg/l – 8 µg/l in the serum are measured after 1 hour. Plasma elimination half-life is 3 – 4 hours. Urine: |
Please note | LSD is one of the most effective hallucinogens known; the standard dose is no more than approximately 100 µg LSD. In the urine, LSD is excreted unchanged in small amounts only. Not a lot is known about the metabolism of the active substance. Cross-reactions are described. |
