Description | Clinical presentation: Shortened luteal phase, poly-menorrhea, premenstrual spotting, fertility disturbances Stage 1: Midluteal (20th to 22nd day of cycle) progesterone and estradiol (next to basal temperature, ultrasound of the ovaries) Stage 2: (Checks on confirmed CL-insufficiency): LH, FSH, estradiol, prolactin, testosterone, SHBG, free androgen-index, DHEAS, TSH (preferably in the early proliferative phase), gestagen test Please also refer to section “ovarian insufficiency” |
