Clinical presentation:

Two of the five following ACR-criteria (1990) have to be met:

1. Bloody or purulent nasal secretion
2. Nodes, caverns or infiltrations in the thoracic x-ray
3. Microhematuria or erythrocyte cylinders in the urine sediment
4. Histological evidence of perivascular granulomatous inflammation
5. Evidence of cANCA
