Eumenorrhea:

                                   3^rd - 7^th day of cycle:

                                   LH, FSH, estradiol, prolactin, testosterone, DHEAS, TSH, if necessary TPO-antibodies

                                   14^th day of cycle:

                                   Estradiol (+ sonography)

                                   20^th – 24^th day of cycle:

                                   Progesterone, estradiol, if necessary multiple progesterone evaluations (2 values should be > 8 ng/ml)

                                   Oligo menorrhea and amenorrhea:

                                   LH, FSH, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, DHEAS, TSH, if necessary TRH-test, TPO-antibodies, prolactin stimulation test (see function tests)

                                   Follicle stimulation:

                                   In the proliferative phase: LH, estradiol

                                   In the luteal phase: Estradiol, progesterone

                                   Further tests:

                                   Spermatozoon-antibodies

                                   Serology:

                                   Blood group + antibody screening, rubella-serology, HBs-antigen, TPHA, chlamydia trachomatis
