Indications directory

Differential diagnosis:

1. Preexisting hypertension before pregnancy
2. Transitory hypertension with mild course, mostly in the third trimester
3. Eclampsia/Preeclampsia (EPH-gestosis)

Stage 1:

Sodium, potassium, creatinine, cystatin C, urea, uric acid, GOT, GPT, gamma-GT, AP, LDH, urine status, INR, PTT, D-dimers (Citrate plasma), thrombocyte count

Stage 2:

Haptoglobin, free hemoglobin, if before 34^th week of pregnancy: anticardiolipin antibodies, lupus-anticoagulants (Citrate plasma)
