Factor-V-activity
Material: | 1 ml citrate plasma, frozen (Stability in plasma at 4°C – 8°C: 2 days) |
Methods: | Koagulometrie → Koagulometrie | Reference range | 70% – 120% Children: Please refer to findings report |
Indication |
|
Please note | Guide to interpretation: 50 % – 70 %: normal hemostasis 5 % – 50 %: no increased risk of bleeding, minor surgery with low risk of bleeding is possible without substitution < 5 %: very rare, a hemostasis consultation should be carried out prior to surgical procedures When taking DOAKs (Dabigatran, Rivaroxaban, Apixaban or Edoxaban), an evaluation of the factor activity should be sought before the next dose. |
